PEDIATRIC INTEGRATIVE CARE
Integrative Wellness Visits for newborns to 18 years of age.
Integrative wellness visits include (but are not limited to) physical exam, vision and hearing screens, consulting with parents/guardians regarding vaccines if desired, behavioral screening, anticipatory guidance education, ordering appropriate lab work, imaging, and/or specialist referrals if needed. An integrative approach will be taken to address optimizing nutrition, sleep, gut health, cognitive health, immune support, daily supplement recommendations, and living a non toxic lifestyle. The visit schedule recommended is newborn, 2 weeks, 1 month, 2 months, 4 months, 6 months, 9 months, 1 year, 18 months, 2 years, annually thereafter, and as needed in between.

SICK VISIT
Sick Visits involve evaluation and management of acute illness, including, without limitation: cough, congestion, runny nose, nose bleeds, ear pain, ear drainage, ear infections, strep throat, fever, snoring, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, conjunctivitis (pink eye), sore throat, allergies, UTI concerns, constipation, rashes, cuts and scrapes, physicals for school or camps, and more. Prescriptive medication and/or supplements will be prescribed as needed in each appointment.

FUNCTIONAL MEDICINE CONSULT
Pediatric Functional Medicine Consults are comprehensive, root-cause-focused evaluations designed to uncover the underlying imbalances contributing to a child’s health concerns. These consults take a holistic and personalized approach to acute conditions such as:

Constipation, diarrhea, and other digestive concerns

Behavioral issues and acute ADHD

The goal is to move beyond symptom management and instead identify the core physiological, environmental, and nutritional factors affecting a child’s well-being.
Consults may involve the use of advanced specialty labs to gain deeper insight into a child’s unique biology. These may include:

Stool testing to assess microbiome health, digestive function, and potential pathogens

Food allergy and sensitivity testing to uncover dietary triggers

Mycotoxin testing to identify mold exposure and toxicity

Other individualized assessments based on clinical presentation
Each care plan is tailored to the child’s needs, integrating lifestyle, nutritional, and environmental strategies to restore health and promote resilience. The goal is to find the root cause of the issue, treat, and graduate from the practice.

CONCIERGE HOUSE CALLS FOR ALL AGES
RN House Call: If you would like to just rule out ear infection or strep, etc, an experienced RN will conduct a concierge house call visit directly in your home. We can perform on site rapid testing for RSV, Flu, and/or Strep. The nurse will also be able to utilize a digital otoscope to take a video of your child's ear to send to your provider for assessment of possible ear infection. $99 service fee includes RN visit and ear exam. Lab tests are individually priced. If your child does not have ear infection and labs are clear, we will reach out to let you know after your visit and leave it at that. If there is an ear infection, or a lab that needs medical treatment, a telemedicine visit with a provider will need to take place at that time, which will be an additional $150.

Provider House Call is similar to a clinic sick visit, in the comfort of your own home. An experienced provider will come to your house to assess, perform labs as needed, and prescribe appropriate treatment.
